Municipal Project Manager
Multi-disciplined consulting engineering firm looking to add a Municipal project manager to their Fargo office. Great opportunity to work on a wide variety of municipal water and wastewater projects. You will be part of a great culture and team environment.
Serve as project manager and maintain client communications.
Act as client liaison which includes: meeting with clients to define scope of work, prepare engineering agreements and contracts, represent company at public meetings, and attend project meetings.
Oversee permitting and regulatory requirements for different agencies.
Oversee construction administration including coordination with contractors and inspectors, requests for information, site observations, pay applications, and submittal reviews.
Prepare, review, and modify plans and specifications for municipal engineering projects.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required
The ideal candidate will have 15 or more years of municipal water and wastewater experience including project and client management experience
Design of water supply infrastructure including water distribution systems, wells, ground and elevated storage tanks, pumping facilities, and treatment facilities.
Design of wastewater treatment infrastructure including collection systems, lagoons, mechanical treatment facilities, lift stations, and disinfection.
Urban/Rural streets, paving, and utilities.
Erosion control and grading.
