Dialysis Charge Nurse / Clinical CoordinatorDaVita is hiring a Dialysis Charge Nurse / Clinical Coordinator for our Meadowhawk Dialysis in Marysville, Ohio to lead outpatient dialysis care for patients with end-stage renal disease. In this role, you'll oversee treatment, guide clinical staff, and ensure the highest standards of care and safety.Key Details:Operational Hours: Monday - Saturday 4:00am - 3:00pm (Saturdays are every other week)The clinic uses Fresenius 2008T machines, there are 9 chairs, with 1 RN and 2 dialysis techs scheduled per shiftCoordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomesSupervise clinical staff, including PCTsEnsure safe, compassionate dialysis deliveryBuild long-term relationships with patients and familiesWork in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentRequirements:Current RN license and CPR certification18+ months RN experience, including a minimum of 6 months dialysis experienceCharge RN readiness approval requiredADN required; BSN preferredICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferredCNN/CDN certification a plusBasic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook)Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysWhat We Offer:Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matchPTO and PTO cash-outPaid training and developmentFamily and mental health support (Headspace, EAP, child/elder care)Ready to lead and make a difference?
