COUNSELOR (Full Time POSITION)

$22 - $24 per hour

A nonprofit organization is seeking a full-time MFIP Employment Counselor in Minneapolis to provide comprehensive case management for families in the Minnesota Family Investment Program. The ideal candidate will build trusting relationships, conduct assessments, and collaborate to create individualized plans for economic stability. Strong organizational skills and a background in Human Services are required. Competitive benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, generous PTO, and more.
