Responsibilities
Provide direct patient and resident care in accordance with facility policies.
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and healthcare staff.
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
Requirements
Active RN or LPN License.
Current BLS Certification.
Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently during night shifts.
