Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics

California Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy – Castro Valley, CA Clinic Address: 20211 Patio Dr., Clinic Setting: Outpatient orthopedic clinic focused on evidence-based care, manual therapy, and functional rehab in a patient-first environment.

Salary: $90,000–$108,000 per year + $750 monthly bonus + full benefits Salary based on experience, skills, and job-related factors.

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Flexible (30–40 hours/week with preference for afternoon shifts)

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $750 incentive bonus every 4 weeks

• Flexible full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week with 8 or 10-hour shifts available; afternoon shifts preferred)

Deliver physical therapy services in an outpatient orthopedic setting

Build meaningful relationships with patients and community members

Document patient care using a modern EMR system

Orthopedic and sports physical therapy

Manual therapy and functional rehabilitation

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
