Hospital and Community Liaison

Job Description We are seeking a Community Liaison to help drive brand awareness and increase market share for our on-campus Inpatient Program, Outpatient Program and Residential Treatment Program.
This is an exempt position, with travel required.
Charter Oak Hospital offers compassionate and individualized treatment for mental health and substance use disorders. Our Community Liaison make a difference in the lives of our patients. Assists in the designing of hospital brochures and related materials.
Create social media content and drive digital engagement.
Maintain a consistent flow of referrals to the outpatient program and effectively coordinates with the Business Office to verify the insurance of patients.
Aurora Charter Oak Hospital is a licensed and accredited psychiatric hospital providing Behavioral Health Treatment Services for adults and adolescents with mental health and/or substance use problems for over 83 years. Covina is about 22 miles east of downtown Los Angeles, in the San Gabriel Valley, close to 10, 60 and 210 FWY.

Worked as a Community Liaison, or have sales, business development, account management, project management, or marketing background
Experience with having a referral growth responsibility for relevant hospital business lines
Experience in building relationship with hospitals, schools, and social service organizations
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Healthcare, or related field
Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to effectively use CRM software programs such as Salesforce or Zoho
Experience working for an outpatient (IOP/PHP) and a Residential Treatment Program is preferred
