About the Role
As a Server, you'll be at the center of the guest experience. You'll guide guests through our sushi offerings, cocktails, and specials while delivering polished, attentive service in a lively atmosphere.
This is a fast-moving role ideal for someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates well with teammates, and enjoys connecting with people.
What You'll Do
Welcome guests warmly and create a memorable dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Deliver food, cocktails, wine, and specialty items with attention to detail
Learn and confidently explain menu items, sushi selections, and craft cocktails
Maintain strong communication with bartenders, hosts, runners, and kitchen staff
Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues professionally
Keep service areas clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift
Help maintain the energetic, polished atmosphere our guests expect
What We're Looking For
Positive attitude and strong hospitality mindset
Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong communication and multitasking skills
Ability to stay professional during busy shifts
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Previous serving experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
Interest in food, sushi, cocktails, wine, and nightlife culture is highly valued
