Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid Licensed Realtor role based in Houston, TX, with opportunities for some work-from-home flexibility. The Licensed Realtor will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties, conducting market research, showing properties, preparing contracts, negotiating deals, and providing personalized, customer-focused service. The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, staying updated on real estate market trends, and ensuring a smooth transaction process from start to finish.
Qualifications
Active Real Estate License, with a strong understanding of relevant laws and procedures
Proficiency in Real Estate, including property sales, real property evaluation, and real estate market analysis
Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to foster meaningful, trust-based client relationships
Proven Sales skills and experience, with an ability to negotiate effectively and achieve successful outcomes
Familiarity with real estate software and technology is a plus
Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
Knowledge of the Houston real estate market is highly desirable
