Exotech is seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Mechanic II to join our team. This role plays a key role in maintaining manufacturing equipment and maximizing operational efficiency across all areas of the production plant. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, proactive, and experienced in troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive equipment maintenance on a variety of manufacturing equipment, including hydraulic units and pneumatic systems, and electric motors. Compensation: The salary range is $ 22.00 to $24.00 per hour + Generous Bonus

Schedule: Regular work hours are generally 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with flexibility (may be required to work overtime as necessary to meet operational needs)

Location: This is an in-person position at the facility in Pompano Beach, FL.

Identify and address issues to prevent industrial manufacturing equipment downtime

Perform preventive maintenance on light and heavy industrial manufacturing equipment

Troubleshoot and repair production manufacturing machinery with minimal supervision

Maintain clean work areas and use tools and equipment according to safety requirements and wear required PPE at all times

Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, and industrial manufacturing mechanical drawings

Support the team with real-time production and communicate effectively with vendors, leaders, team members, and other employees

Assist in coordinating subcontractor activities as needed

Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies

Manage work orders in our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS - Limble), logging labor, parts, and maintenance performed

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience is required

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as an Industrial Mechanic in a manufacturing or industrial environment is required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics units, pneumatics equipment, and plc controls is required
• Experience in preventive maintenance and manufacturing equipment repair is required
• Proficient computer skills and the ability to enter and track data in a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Required to read and write English and follow verbal instructions

This position requires work in an active industrial manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to moving machinery, elevated work areas, heat, dust, noise, and heavy equipment. Candidates must be able to lift, climb in high spaces, stand for extended periods, and safely perform physical maintenance tasks and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Language Skills:
