Job Responsibilities

Customized Therapy Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized treatment approaches that support their functional achievements.
Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based practices to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and activities of daily living.
Collaborative Care: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to ensure a comprehensive and holistic treatment experience.
Patient and Family Education: Guide patients and their families on therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress within the home environment.
Continuous Monitoring: Document clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring that patients remain focused on their rehabilitation goals.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Pursuit of continuing education and post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported
Licensure & Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) required
