Welder / Fabricator
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
We’re looking for a skilled Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team in Nampa. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong understanding in sheet metal fabrication who’s ready to continue building a long-term career in welding and fabrication. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy hands-on metalwork in a shop environment, this role is for you.
Perform sheet metal fabrication with accuracy and efficiency
Operate fabrication equipment, including press brake
Grind, cut, and finish metal components as needed
Maintain high welding and fabrication quality standards
Work collaboratively with the team to meet production deadlines
3+ years of experience in sheet metal fabrication

• Proficiency in MIG welding
• 3G Welding Certification
• Experience with grinding, metal cutting, and finishing

This position is based in a fabrication shop inside a plant environment . You’ll be performing hands-on welding and fabrication work using modern equipment in a safety-focused setting.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID.
