LPN Physician Care

Job TitleThe Licensed Vocational Nurse (LvN) is responsible for providing competent, quality, skilled nursing services in accordance with the child's physician Plan of Care and ongoing physician orders. All care is delivered in compliance with the state specific Licensed Vocational Nurse Practice Act and HealthCare for Kids company Policies and Procedures.
