Full Time Evening Shift Server

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat members and guests promptly, present menus, and explain daily specials or event offerings.

Take accurate food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system, and deliver items in a timely and professional manner.

Provide attentive table service including course timing, refills, and proactive check-ins to ensure guest satisfaction.

Manage guest requests and resolve issues calmly and efficiently, escalating to management when appropriate.

Process payments, handle cash and card transactions accurately, and close out checks according to company procedures.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned sections, assist with bussing and side work, and follow health and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications
Qualifications
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ year of experience in a service or hospitality role (restaurant, club, or event service preferred).

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills; friendly and professional demeanor.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail under pressure.

Reliable availability for onsite shifts including evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Preferred:
Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and familiarity with table-side service procedures.

Knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktail service or prior fine-dining experience.

Bilingual ability to support diverse member populations.

Demonstrated teamwork and potential for leadership or advancement within the hospitality team.
