Line Cooks Dinner Shift

Mamma Mia Ristorante Italiano is a traditional Italian restaurant dedicated to authentic recipes, high-quality ingredients, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pasta Station Cook to join our kitchen team and help deliver consistent, high-quality dishes to our guests.

The Pasta Station Cook is responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating all pasta dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards. This role is essential to maintaining efficiency, quality, and organization during service.

Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service.

Monitor food quality, portion control, and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.

Assist with prep work, stock rotation, and inventory as needed.

Follow all kitchen safety and food handling procedures.

Previous experience as a line cook or pasta cook in a restaurant kitchen preferred.

Knowledge of Italian cuisine and pasta preparation techniques is a plus.

Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand for long periods during shifts.

Comfortable working in a busy kitchen environment.
