Job Summary:
A registered nurse specializing in Intermediate Care (IMC) and Cardiac Telemetry is needed for a facility located in Lewiston, Maine. The position involves providing patient care in a Coronary Care Unit with a focus on adult and geriatric populations. Candidates are required to bring their nursing license on the first day. This role offers opportunities to work in a dynamic environment with a strong emphasis on cardiac care.
Job Details:
Position: Registered Nurse (RN) in Intermediate Care/ Cardiac Telemetry
Location: Lewiston, Maine
Shift: Nights (6:45 pm - 7:15 am)
Schedule: Minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: ACLS certification, minimum of 2 years of experience, current nursing license, proficiency in Epic electronic health record system, strong cardiac and intermediate care experience, flexible personality fit, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with stable ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), post-cardiac procedures, or medical intermediate care.
Additional Information:

Unit has 20 beds with patient ratios of 1:4 in intermediate care and 1:5 in telemetry.
Uses Philips monitoring equipment.
Serves adult and geriatric patient populations (no pediatric cases).
Dress code: Navy blue scrubs.
