Beta Care Services CT is seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide direct support to individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Saturday: 10:00 a.m.–Position Summary The Direct Support Professional provides individualized support to adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in their homes and communities. Services are designed to promote independence, skill development, community integration, and overall well-being.

Assisting individuals with personal care and daily living activities.

Supporting participation in community outings, recreational activities, and social events.

Providing transportation to medical appointments, vocational programs, and community activities.

Implementing individualized service plans and supporting personal goals.

Providing supervision and ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of individuals served.

Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA, DDS, and agency policies and procedures.

High School Diploma or GED required.

Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required.
