Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) School Based — Silver Spring, MD

The Role We are seeking an experienced BCBA to provide in-person assessment, treatment planning, and supervision within a school setting in Silver Spring, MD. School environments require a special kind of BCBA: someone who reads situations well, adapts in the moment, communicates with tact, and earns the trust of teachers and teams. What We Offer $100 to $120 per hour, based on experience
Approximately 25 hours per week with flexible scheduling within school hours

Continuing education credits and professional development assistance
Key Responsibilities Assessment and Treatment Planning Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), skill assessments, and preference assessments
Establish measurable goals and effective data collection systems
Supervision and Program Implementation Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and behavior therapists
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback
Data Analysis and Clinical Decision Making Analyze behavioral data and monitor client progress
Modify treatment plans based on data and sound clinical judgment
Provide caregiver training to support generalization of skills
Qualifications Active BCBA certification in good standing
Minimum of 1 year of experience supervising RBTs and/or training caregivers
Experience or strong interest in school-based ABA services
