HOURLY COPYWRITER

Job Summary Our client, a leading financial provider, is seeking a Copywriter to join their team.

Contract Details Contract type and duration: Contract – 5 months.

We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role.

Core Responsibilities Write for the User Experience: craft engaging, simple, and intuitive copy for digital channels, translating complex information and legal text into user-friendly language.

Collaborate with technology, product, and business teams to uncover customer and business needs, then translate them into concepts that evolve and enhance the product interface and experience.

Advocate for the customer through human-centered design methods including discovery, research, ideation, and user testing.

Work with researchers and analysts to understand customer needs and define opportunities through usability and empathy studies.

Participate in end-to-end product design by framing problems, determining insights, and defining copy to serve customer needs.

Contribute to the internal design system by creating new standards, best practices, and guidelines for content.

Work closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Manage multiple deadlines across numerous simultaneous projects.

Understand project goals, take direction well, and ask questions for clarity.

Required Skills / Experience Portfolio of creative work.

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.

2+ years of copywriting or creative writing experience.

2+ years of experience creating content for digital products or UX environments.

Preferred Skills / Experience Experience in B2C, Performance, Digital or Direct Response marketing.

Experience in the financial services industry.

Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: $28.00 – $40.00 per hour (approximate). We comply with local wage minimums.
