This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of servers, networks, and systems that support daily business operations.Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, operating systems, and enterprise applications.Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve outages to minimize downtime.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control across systems (Active Directory, LDAP, etc.).Perform regular system backups, disaster recovery testing, and patch management.Implement and maintain security best practices, including antivirus, endpoint protection, and vulnerability scanning.Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) including provisioning, scaling.Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.Provide tier 2/3 technical support and escalation for end-user issues.Collaborate with IT and development teams on infrastructure projects and upgrades.Ensure compliance with data protection and regulatory requirements.Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours system emergencies.On-Call Rotation and After-Hours SupportThis position participates in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule, with each employee assigned to an on-call period of one week approximately every eight weeks. In addition to the scheduled on-call rotation, employees may occasionally be contacted outside of normal business hours to assist with issues escalated by Help Desk staff. The employee is expected to respond in a timely manner to on-call and after-hours escalations, assess the issue, provide appropriate technical support or troubleshooting, and escalate to additional resources when necessary.QUALIFIED APPLICANTS WILL HAVE:REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration.Experience with virtualization platform Hyper-V.Familiarity with scripting languages PowerShell.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.PREFERRED:Relevant certifications CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server.Experience with cloud platforms AWS, Azure.Familiarity Microsoft Intune.PHYSICAL, SENSORY & ENVIRONMENTAL:Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Work is generally performed in an office setting which may involve sitting and using computers for four to eight hours per day.Work may be performed out of office and travel may be needed to outside areas.PAY RANGE (Hourly/ Non-Exempt): $30.42- $37.03All pay is based on longevity at Frontier Behavioral Health; thus, the STARTING PAY is $30.42 per hour.Plus 9 Paid Federal Holidays!BENEFITS: Dental and VisionRetirement - We offer an impressive 403b plan including standard 3% employer contribution plus an additional 3% employer match.Flexible Spending AccountsLife Insurance - Company paid coverage that starts the first of the month following 6 months from your date of hire.PERKS: Bonus!Reimbursement of License/Certification application fee that is required for the position.Free Employee Assistance ProgramStaff Discounts at various FBH partners throughout Spokane!PRN positions are not benefit eligible or eligible for a sign on bonus.
