Schedule: Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM.

In addition to the base hourly rate, hours worked after 6:00 PM qualify for a shift differential, resulting in increased hourly pay.

Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of prescription medications while maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and company standards.

Oversee fulfillment operations to maintain quality, efficiency, and accuracy across the dispensing process.

Provide guidance and support to pharmacy technicians, helping develop a collaborative and high-performing team.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance workflows, quality, and service.

Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant pharmacy environment while following infection control and regulatory requirements.

Stay informed of current pharmacy practices, regulations, and industry developments to support ongoing operational excellence.

1+ year of pharmacist experience in a retail, specialty, mail order, hospital, or fulfillment pharmacy setting.

• Strong commitment to patient care, quality, accuracy, and customer service.
• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited pharmacy program.

Experience working in a fulfillment, specialty, mail order, or high-volume pharmacy environment.

Experience leading, mentoring, or training pharmacy technicians and support staff.
