This role is within the Women's Services unit at the main hospital, focusing on providing personalized care during childbirth. The work environment includes 9 Labor & Delivery beds, 3 swing rooms, 2 ORs, and 3-bed OBED.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

Provide high-quality care to laboring patients
Support patient choices and promote vaginal birth opportunities
Perform procedures such as circulating in OR, IUPC, FSE, MgSO4 management
Manage postpartum hemorrhage using the JADA system
Administer nitrous oxide as needed

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

RN license
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, Fetal monitoring
Experience with advanced skills such as spinning babies and STABLE
