Create customized treatment plans that target both immediate goals and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing requirements.

Deliver one-on-one speech therapy sessions that emphasize communication, language, fluency, voice quality, and swallowing capabilities.

Work in partnership with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, families, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive care plans.

Facilitate education for patients and families to promote progress beyond therapy sessions.

Perform occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, assuring a seamless continuum of care.

Remain updated with advancements in the field through continual learning and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Expertise in evidence-based therapies for various age groups, with a keen understanding of both developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Ability to tailor therapy techniques to accommodate diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Comfort with electronic medical records and documentation requirements.
