Ampersand Therapy is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for a school-based position in Colorado Springs, CO. You'll support K–12 students by providing speech and language services that directly impact communication and learning. This role is ideal for both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs), with strong mentorship provided.

Clinical Fellow (CF) mentorship and ongoing support

Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting

Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans

Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication

Valid Colorado State SLP license (or ability to obtain)
