Registered Nurse (Care Center) - Full Time

VIC the PICC (VTP) is a specialized healthcare provider focused on vascular access consulting services to acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and home healthcare. VTP also provides continuing education, precepting, and other educational support to clinical team members and customers.

We are seeking Registered Nurses with ultrasound‑guided IV experience for full‑time positions. PICC line training will be provided; Opportunities also available for experienced PICC RNs on a per‑diem or full‑time schedule.

Place PICCs, midlines, and peripheral IVs using ultrasound and ECG confirmation.

Educate facility nursing staff regarding PICCs, midlines, and other cardiovascular devices.

Eligible for $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time employment, based on prior vascular access experience.

Full‑time scheduling includes three to four days per week, including weekends, and participation in a holiday rotation. Per‑diem scheduling requires a minimum of four scheduled shifts per month, including weekends, and participation in a holiday rotation. Consultants must be willing to travel to customer facilities and fulfill business‑driven scheduling requirements.

Training and Experience Requirements

Preferred candidates have experience in both ultrasound‑guided IV placements and vascular access device insertions.

Training is available in some locations for candidates with recent, consistent ultrasound‑guided IV experience.

Priority is given to fully trained vascular access nurses, though additional training is available for those with strong ultrasound‑guided IV skills.

Registered Nurse with current license.

Experience in vascular access device management, including care, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Experience placing ultrasound‑guided IVs.

Valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation for travel to patient sites.

Minimum of 3 years experience in acute care.

Experience with other vascular access devices using ultrasound.
