The Daily Grind (aka What You'll Do):
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or packing experience is a plus
Ability to read work instructions and labels
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Basic math and counting skills
Package foam/insulation products according to specifications and work orders
Inspect finished products for defects, quality, and accuracy before packaging
Stack, label, and prepare materials for shipment or staging
Read production orders to verify correct product, quantities, and packaging requirements
Operate basic equipment such as pallet jacks, shrink wrap machines, or banders
Maintain clean and organized work areas and dispose of scrap materials properly
Assist machine operators or production team as needed
Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE
Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality problems immediately
