Compensation

Pediatric Dentist

30% of collections, including imaging and nitrous

Equivalent to approximately 35–37% of total collections

$1,200 daily guarantee

Pediatric-Focused General Dentist

30% of collections

$1,000 daily guarantee

Annualized Earnings Potential

$230,400–$460,800+ per year , depending on schedule, production, and scope of practice.

Qualifications

We welcome:

Pediatric Dentists (residency-trained, board-eligible, or board-certified)

General Dentists with significant pediatric experience and a passion for treating children

Requirements:

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

Active Nevada dental license (or eligibility to obtain)

Excellent communication skills with children and parents

Positive, team-oriented attitude
