As a Pharmacist, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring safe, effective medication therapy—providing compassionate patient education, supporting interdisciplinary teams, and guiding the next generation of pharmacy professionals.

In this dynamic role, you’ll combine clinical knowledge with hands‑on patient care, contribute to quality and safety initiatives, and grow through continuous learning.

Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, PI program, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

Maintains professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in‑services and workshops.

Participates in education programs for pharmacy staff, attends meetings as required and participates on committees as needed.

Participates in training pharmacists, technicians, students and resident.

Responsible for on‑call, weekend, night and/or holiday coverage as required on a rotating basis.

Requirements Bachelors degree in Pharmacy required.

Less than one year experience in pharmacy practice.

Has acquired the necessary practice skills in order to appropriately evaluate medication orders and to prepare/dispense medications for the patient population group they serve.

Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in medication therapy management, patient education, and interdisciplinary collaboration while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards. Engages in continuous professional development and oversees pharmacy staff training.
