As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the well-being of our residents.

Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, under the supervision of licensed nurses

Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards

Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, incontinence care, and mobility assistance

• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, including reading, playing games, and engaging in conversations
• Participate in patient care, including vital sign checks, medication assistance, and ambulation
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
