Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of children and families. \Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailoring interventions that meet each child's unique needs. \Provide direct support and guidance to families, equipping them with information and skills to enhance their child’s development. \Utilize an evidence-based coaching model to facilitate natural learning environments that support children’s growth. \Collaborate effectively with team members to create a supportive and healthy learning environment for children. \Advocate for families, navigating available resources and services to ensure children receive comprehensive support. \Patient Population / Client Focus\n This role primarily focuses on children under the age of three who may be experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. You will work directly with families navigating early intervention services, providing expert support tailored to the social, emotional, and educational needs of each child.
