Job Description The Security Professional Branch Flex Officer will serve and safeguard clients across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, education, finance, retail, and more. Your schedule will vary week to week, based on a combination of manager‑assigned shifts and those you pick up through our Earn More, Claim‑A‑Shift self‑scheduling program. Shifts, days, locations, and assignments will change regularly, making this an ideal opportunity for individuals who are adaptable, dependable, and ready to take on new challenges. Please note that you will be assigned to work irregular shifts with little to no advance notice to support client needs.
As a Security Officer - FLEX in Cedar Rapids, IA , you’ll expand your skillset, gain exposure to a variety of sites, and position yourself for advancement within the company. Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
Watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
Sound alarms or calls police or fire department in case of fire or presence of unauthorized persons
Aid customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Make emergency notifications as necessary pursuant to site Post Orders
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
