Head of Client Support Services

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to lead, innovate, and contribute to the growth of a company that values great service and lasting customer relationships. The Service Supervisor is responsible for supporting front-end operations, leading customer service associates, and helping ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers. This position assists with daily service execution, cashier oversight, operational compliance, cash-handling procedures, and associate development. The Service Supervisor works closely with store leadership to maintain efficient operations, high customer satisfaction, and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities Front-End Leadership
Supervise daily front-end operations and customer service activities.
Provide direction and support to cashiers, courtesy clerks, and service associates.
Monitor checkout efficiency and customer wait times.
Ensure adequate staffing and front-end coverage throughout the day.
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service and promote a customer-first culture.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and service issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with returns, exchanges, refunds, and special requests.
Promote loyalty programs, store initiatives, and customer engagement opportunities.
Assist with training, coaching, and onboarding front-end associates.
Reinforce customer service standards and operational expectations.
Provide performance feedback and recognize associate achievements.
Support store leadership in maintaining associate engagement.
Cash Handling and Compliance
Assist with cash office responsibilities, register accountability, and till audits.
Ensure proper cash-handling procedures are followed.
Monitor compliance with company policies and operational standards.
Support front-end audits and documentation requirements.
Safety and Loss Prevention
Promote a safe environment for customers and associates.
Support loss prevention efforts through awareness and operational compliance.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail, customer service, cashier, or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and customer service skills.
Basic math, cash-handling, and computer proficiency.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong leadership and team-building skills.
Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Frequent interaction with customers, associates, and leadership teams.
Ability to operate registers, computers, and other store equipment.
High levels of customer satisfaction and service execution.
Efficient and accurate front-end operations.
Compliance with cash-handling and operational standards.
Effective supervision and development of service associates.
Safe and secure store operations.
