The Boucher Group requires an Experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead one of the largest and most successful Service Departments in Southeastern Wisconsin . This is a rare and exceptional opportunity for a driven leader with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational excellence..

Oversee daily operations of a high-volume service department
Ensure top-tier customer service and high CSI scores
Manage technician productivity, workflow, and lane operations
Utilize CDK software (required); Lead, coach, and motivate a team of service professionals
Proven experience in automotive service management or director-level roles
Strong customer service and team leadership skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Drug testing required
