As a Dedicated Security Officer, you will provide a visible security presence while helping create a safe, welcoming environment for residents, guests, vendors, and property staff.

This position focuses on observation, reporting, customer service, and proactive foot patrols . Our officers rely on communication, professionalism, de-escalation, and customer service skills to gain compliance whenever possible.

Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, and policy violations

Respond to resident concerns, disturbances, emergencies, and requests for assistance

Communicate effectively with residents, guests, management, and emergency responders

Immediately report incidents, hazards, maintenance concerns, and property damage

Safeguard company equipment including radios, keys, access cards, and electronic devices

Follow all site-specific post orders and client instructions

Arrive on time and prepared for every shift

Deliver exceptional customer serviceFollow instructions and site procedures consistently

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to pass background screening and drug testing

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to complete required training modules within the first month of employment

Previous security experience

Residential community, hospitality, customer service, or public-facing experience

Experience writing incident reports and daily activity reports
