LCSW/LMSW ~ Full or Part Time

Middlesex Hospital

Shift: Shift 1, Days
To provide direct services as a part of a multidisciplinary team the master's prepared clinician will provide direct care including individual (particularly children/adolescents), couple, family and group therapeutic services to patients, including assessments, treatment plans, crisis intervention and discharge planning.
Provide individual and family therapy to children and their families
Participates in direct care to assess needs and coordinate services
Completes required documentation and paperwork including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely manner
Participate in our high risk program
Demonstrates cultural competency and commitment to patients including LGBTQ+ community
Participates in clinical supervision with LCSW

Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy
Possession of valid clinical license in Connecticut (LMSW, PC-A, MFT-A)
Must have excellent writing and communication skills, be highly organized
LCSW, LPC, LMFT preferred
Previous experience providing clinical care is desirable
