Our team partners across technology and business functions to deliver complex, cross-domain programs from planning through go-to-market. We focus on collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement to drive successful outcomes and strengthen PMO practices.

As a Program Manager, you will lead large, complex programs across multiple departments, building integrated project plans and development roadmaps that support delivery through launch. You will collaborate closely with engineering, business, and cross-domain stakeholders to manage schedules, outcomes, reporting, and risk. This is a senior individual contributor role, with opportunities to coach and contribute to PMO best practices.

Manage highly complex projects and programs through the full product development and Go to Market lifecycle

Build and maintain integrated project plans and development roadmaps, owning schedules, deliverables, and accountability

Define clear success criteria and key performance indicators, produce regular reporting, and communicate status, variances, and mitigation strategies

Collaborate with Technology Resource Managers to ensure optimal resource allocation and financial management; Collaborate with Business stakeholders to incorporate Go to Market milestones into the overall project plan and support successful product launches

Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation across cross-functional teams; lead process improvement initiatives and contribute to PMO best practices

Perform data analysis relevant to project tasks and decision-making and ensure compliance with corporate and public regulations

Extensive experience (10+ years) in Business or IT PMO or related project management roles

Project governance certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is required

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement strategies

Proven experience managing cloud technology projects and infrastructure

Demonstrated ability leading cross-functional collaboration and project planning to execute Go to Market strategies, ensuring successful product launches

Advanced skills in resource allocation, data analysis, and negotiation

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and engage senior and executive stakeholders to resolve complex issues
