If so, we have an immediate opening for cooks at Denny's! At Denny's, you can be yourself, relax and enjoy delicious food at any time of the day. As a Cook at Denny's, you will be responsible for cooking food to order, preparing ingredients, maintaining proper sanitation, and ensuring the adherence to company food preparation standards. Your primary goal will be to ensure guest satisfaction by presenting food according to Denny's specifications and guest preferences.
Inform management immediately of any safety hazards, equipment problems, and out-of-stock items
Adhere to all company standards and policies, including proper food storage, rotation, portioning, temperatures, and reporting to work on time
Maintain proper fry line sanitation at all times
Complete all required paperwork, side-work, stocking, and daily cleaning tasks
Adhere to all safety standards and promote Denny's Inc. and Franchise company values
High level of mobility/flexibility on the cook's line
Carrying trays of food products weighing about 20 pounds
Practice safe work habits and have knowledge of chemicals
Meet any state, county, or municipal regulations pertaining to food handling
Maintain proper hygiene
Must complete all training, anti-discrimination & anti-harassment training and embrace our company's nondiscrimination & anti-harassment policies and values
