Farmers Insurance – The Valley District is growing our Arizona team and looking for motivated, people-focused professionals who want to build a career in sales, develop their business skills, and create long-term growth opportunities.

This is more than a traditional insurance sales position. Depending on your experience, goals, and performance, there are multiple paths within our district, including becoming a high-performing sales professional, developing into leadership, or exploring a future path toward Farmers agency ownership.

You do not need to be currently licensed to apply. For the right candidate, our recruiting team will help guide you through the Arizona insurance licensing process.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable goals

Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve

Organized with strong follow-through

Comfortable making calls and building relationships with new people

Sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting, real estate, automotive, or other customer-facing experience is a plus

Current insurance licensing is not required

Candidates who are not licensed must be willing to obtain the required Arizona insurance licenses

Interest in leadership, entrepreneurship, or business ownership is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Connect with prospective and existing customers to understand their insurance needs

Educate customers on Farmers insurance products and coverage options

Generate new business through leads, referrals, outbound activity, and relationship building

Follow up consistently with prospective customers and maintain an organized sales pipeline

Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals

Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Build strong relationships with customers and provide a high level of service
