We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused full-time Clinical Liaison who is a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT).

The Clinical Liaison helps appropriate patients transition to AMG for continued specialized hospital-level care.

The position primarily covers Indianapolis area hospitals and requires daily travel to hospitals, referral sources, meetings, and prospective referral partners.

Educate physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and other healthcare professionals about AMG's services

Identify patients who may benefit from long-term acute care hospital services

Help increase appropriate referrals, admissions, and hospital census

You'll have clear performance expectations, including:

Contributions to the Clinical Liaison team's overall census goals

Active licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Respiratory Therapist (RT)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence interacting with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Willingness and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory each day
