Maintenance Assistant (Part-Time)

Grand Villa is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Assistant to join our vibrant community. This flexible, part-time role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for maintenance and repairs to contribute to a welcoming environment. The position involves working approximately 16 hours per week, with some weekend availability required.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform painting, repairs, and general maintenance tasks throughout the community

Assist with HVAC system troubleshooting and basic servicing

Conduct routine inspections to identify and address maintenance needs

Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents and staff

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in painting, repairs, HVAC, and general maintenance

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Flexibility to work some weekends and adapt to a flexible schedule

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and climbing
