Tower Medic Pharmacy has been serving the Fort Worth community for over 50 years. We specialize in Durable Medical Equipment, Ostomy and Wound Care, Strile and Non-sterile Compounding Rx, and general wellness supplies.
We offer a wide array of medical aids such as mobility equipment, orthopedic supplies, and prescription pharmaceuticals.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Pharmacist located in Fort Worth, TX. The Pharmacist will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and dispensing of medications, providing pharmaceutical care to patients, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications. Duties include patient consultations, medication therapy management, compounding medications, and collaborating with healthcare providers. The Pharmacist will also be responsible for monitoring patient outcomes and providing education on medication use and disease management.
Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Texas
Experience in medication preparation and dispensing
Skills in patient consultations, medication management, and disease education
Proficiency in compounding medications sterile and non-sterile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
