Estimator/contractor

This is an in-office position throughout the week. Position OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team, responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and managing budget estimates for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent analytical skills to ensure accurate project costs.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects.Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to gather essential project information.Assess project risks and provide recommendations for mitigating costs.Maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.Review and revise estimates as necessary during the project lifecycle.Qualifications4+ years of estimating experience at a heavy civil estimator Benefits-Competitive Salary $100K-$140K depending on experience-Health, Dental, Vision-401K Profit sharing
