Estimator - Construction Subcontractor

Position Summary As a Grading/Utilities Estimator , you will be a crucial part of the construction process, ensuring accurate cost estimates and effective budget management. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, your expertise in estimating and cost control will keep projects within financial targets. Your organizational abilities and excellent communication will support collaboration with construction teams, helping deliver high-quality results in a dynamic work environment.

8-Hour Work Shifts

Apply principles of budgeting, cost estimating, and financial management.

Negotiate and manage contracts with contractors and vendors.

Provide technical guidance to architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.

Maintain knowledge of building components and maintenance requirements.

Stay up to date with federal, state, and local construction codes and regulations.

Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimating for a grading and/or utility company .

Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
