The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills and the ability to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment.

Educate patients and their families on health management and treatment options.

Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term acute care or rehabilitation unit.
