Evaluate and conduct medically prescribed physical therapy programs.
Develop, revise, and evaluate patient and family-centered plans of care.
Execute therapy interventions using standard techniques tailored to patient needs.
Oversee physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Licensed Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Bachelor's degree required. 1+ year recent experience as a Physical Therapist
