RN- Health Care (Full-Time

Hospice of Chattanooga is currently seeking a Full Time On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to hospice patients and their families during their most critical moments. As an On-Call RN, you will play a vital role in identifying patient and family needs, coordinating care, and offering preventative measures and compassionate support.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patient's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Every detail is crucial in delivering high-quality care, both in the patient's home and within our agency and regulatory standards. Bachelor's degree in nursing or health care preferred.
Hold current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Minimum one (1) year experience as an RN in a medical surgical/acute care setting. Hospice exp a Plus!
Must be computer proficient in typing and various programs, including a background in EMR.
