You will manage employee relations conversations, support leave administration, and help guide
You are not just reacting. You are helping create clarity, consistency, and trust.

You are a true frontline HR partner
You help protect the company while supporting its people
Serving as the first point of contact for employee relations questions and concerns
Managing FMLA and short-term disability processes from start to finish
Coordinating unemployment claims and supporting hearings
Maintaining HRIS accuracy and supporting reporting needs
Coaching leaders and employees on policies, performance, and best practices
You bring experience in Human Resources, ideally in a fast-paced or manufacturing environment.
Experience supporting employee relations in a manufacturing environment
Strong knowledge of leave administration, including FMLA and disability processes
Experience working with HRIS systems and payroll coordination
Confidence coaching leaders and navigating complex conversations
