Head of Programme Management

Insight Global is seeking a Program Manager for a top distribution transformer manufacturing client. This individual will oversee a broad, multi-year business and technology program consisting of 8-9 interconnected workstreams. The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and implementation partners, translating business processes into system requirements while driving alignment across the organization. Success in this role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong mediation and conflict-resolution capabilities, and the ability to influence without authority at all levels of the organization. The Program Manager will partner closely with Deloitte and internal leadership teams to drive governance, manage risks and dependencies, support tactical issue resolution when necessary, and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation objectives across multiple manufacturing locations.

Day-to-Day:Lead a multi-year enterprise transformation program across multiple business functions and locationsManage and coordinate 8-9 workstreams while ensuring alignment with organizational goalsPartner with business leaders to understand business processes and translate requirements into system solutionsCollaborate closely with Deloitte and other third-party implementation partnersDrive program governance, steering committee updates, executive reporting, and KPI trackingManage program budgets, forecasting, resource allocation, risks, and dependenciesFacilitate communication and alignment between business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partnersMediate conflicts and resolve roadblocks when stakeholders have competing priorities or perspectivesInfluence outcomes across executives, peers, and project teams without direct authorityUtilize data and metrics to support program decisions and recommendationsProvide tactical support when needed to drive resolution of critical business process issuesCommunicate status updates, risks, escalations, and recommendations to leadershipPromote best practices, standardization, and continuous improvement across the program

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field10+ years of Program and Project Management experiencePMP, PgMP, MSP, or equivalent certificationProven track record delivering large-scale programs on time and within budgetStrong program governance, reporting, KPI, and performance management experienceExperience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and multiple concurrent workstreamsExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skillsExperience gathering business requirements and translating business processes into system requirementsExperience working with third-party system integrators and consulting partnersStrong mediation, conflict-resolution, and relationship-management skillsDemonstrated ability to influence without authority across executive, peer, and functional teamsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skillsExperience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologiesAbility to manage competing priorities in complex transformation environmentsCustomer-focused mindset with strong accountability and follow-throughMaster's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fieldManufacturing industry experienceERP transformation and enterprise system implementation experienceExperience working with Deloitte or other large consulting/integration partnersExperience leading multi-year business transformation programsStrong strategic planning and organizational leadership capabilitiesExperience managing complex multi-project portfoliosExperience overseeing 8-9+ simultaneous workstreamsProficiency with MS Project, Jira, and other PM toolsExperience driving PMO governance and continuous improvement initiativesStrong organizational change management experience
