Dialysis Registered Nurse
Dialysis Clinic, Inc. is recruiting top talent interested in supporting our nonprofit mission to prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease. A Dialysis Registered Nurse provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
Schedule: Full-time, four 10-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
Compensation: Pay ranges from $29-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
Follow CDC/CMS infection control regulations
Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
Document required patient education efforts
Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
Lead a small patient care team
Desire to collaborate with care teams
Education/Training:

Accredited nursing degree required
Dialysis experience not required, job shadow opportunities available
DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
