Job Description At Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors, we believe compassionate caregivers make a meaningful difference every day. As a Non-Medical Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to seniors in the comfort of their own homes, helping them maintain independence, safety, and quality of life.
Each client has a unique care plan tailored to their individual needs. Personal care and hygiene assistance: Provide standby assistance with showering and bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming, hair care, and nail care for non-diabetic clients.
Light housekeeping: Help maintain a clean and safe living environment by assisting with light cleaning tasks such as laundry, dishes, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and tidying kitchens, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
Mobility assistance: Assist with grocery shopping, food bank pick-ups, medication pick-ups, and other essential errands.
Emotional support and companionship: Provide friendly companionship, conversation, and emotional support while encouraging engagement in activities and daily routines.
a personal vehicle is preferred but not required.
Ability to pass Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) and Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) background checks.
Flexible scheduling with full-time and part-time positions.
Ongoing training opportunities.
