We are looking for a Human Resources Director who combines strategic vision with a hands‑on approach . This role will manage operational, tactical, and strategic HR responsibilities , acting as a true business partner to leadership. Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession strategies for operational and technical roles.
Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
Oversee HR operations while contributing to strategic initiatives for organizational growth.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain best‑in‑class HR practices.
Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design and change management during scaling phases.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in HR leadership within industrial construction , manufacturing, automotive, or industrial sectors .
Hands‑on approach with experience managing operational, tactical, and strategic HR functions .
